Prepaid packages help assist our patients save money on their care plans. Once you qualify for chiropractic care at our office, you can purchase a wellness package. Package options of 6, 12, or 24 visits are available. We also offer pediatric packages as well. We will be happy to provide more details at your next visit!

We accept BlueCross BlueShield at this time. All co-pays and co-insurance will be due at time of service. If you have a high deductible, please consider purchasing a prepaid package for more cost effective care.

We are happy to provide a superbill for patients to submit on their own to their insurance provider for out-of-network providers.

We are currently not accepting new Medicare patients. If you choose to pay cash as a Medicare beneficiary, you will need to have an ABN form signed on file with our office.
